Over the years Spin Catering has had the honor of partnering with some of the most prestigious sporting and social events in the Pacific Northwest. Some of these include Hood to Coast, Reach the Beach, String Summit Bluegrass Festival and the Portland Brewers Festival. We have done multiple-day events with multiple meals being served throughout the day. We will bring our services to you to make you feel at home on the road.

We support your event.
We work with promoters to see that each finish line meal is unique and properly themed to the event. We have learned production secrets that allow each participant to have a meal as fresh as the first finishers. Our balanced, consistent effort assures a relaxed event experience.
In addition to meal service, Spin events can assist with event permits, alcohol service, insurance requirements, OLCC licensed servers and food service permitted staff.

Northwest String Summit
Spin Events loves catering for the artists and staff of the NWSS. Artists that tour care about three things – playing music, appreciative fans and delicious food. We set up a full commissary kitchen and serve three meals a day with unique salads and entrees for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A roasted pig barbecue caps off the week long event with over 400 invited to share in the success of the festival.
Many of the same crew that work NWSS also work The Summer Meltdown Music Festival in Darrington, WA. In 2017, Spin was invited to head north and cater for crew and artists at this long weekend event.

Tualatin Crawfish Festival
The citizens of Tualatin take this event very seriously. It is, after all, the longest running crawfish festival west of the Mississippi. When Hood to Coast took over the logistics of the Tualatin Crawfish Festival, they called in Spin Events to make sure the crawfish boil was a hit with the community.
We researched the festival history, collaborated with key partners and thoroughly planned our methods. Spin Events coordinated a VIP reception for Columbia Bank within the festival, managed the crawfish eating contest and served over 1400 pounds of crawfish Friday evening through Saturday night. The pots never stopped boiling and the community loved the event.
Oregon Brewers Festival
One of the nation’s longest-running craft beer festivals, the Oregon Brewers Festival is considered a craft beer destination, and up to 70,000 fans annually make the pilgrimage to Beervana to drink up what the festival has to offer.
On a sun soaked July afternoon, there’s no better place to sip independent craft beers, cider & wine with friends along the banks of the Willamette River, with the Portland skyline as a backdrop to the west and Mt. Hood towering in the east.
